Is this popular social media meme the actual government UFO Disclosure Strategy?

By KEN KORCZAK

A top government scientist can’t stop revealing bombshell insider government information indicating that UFOs are real “alien” crafts

Itwas 2019 when one of the most successful social media memes exploded into public consciousness. It remains popular today, six years after billions of posts.

You all know it. It’s: “Tell me (insert subject) without telling me (insert subject).”

Well, for my money, a brilliant scientist who has worked deep inside the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency should be considered the poster child for his own brand of “tell me without telling me” — specifically when it comes to the subject of UFOs.

His name is Dr. James Lacatski. He holds a doctorate in nuclear engineering, earned at the University of Tennessee. He is recognized as a world expert in fusion plasma as it operates in Torsatron reactors. Much of his work for the U.S. government has been in the field of directed energy weapons.

Today, it’s almost as if Dr. Lacatski is playing a constant game of:

“Tell me that UFOs are real and that our government knows it without telling me that UFOs are real and our government knows it.”

Indeed, Dr. Lacatski’s not-so-cryptic statements (slips? … intentional slips?) over the past two years — both in live interviews and his writings — have been so revealing that one prominent journalist called it “nearly the same thing as official government UFO Disclosure.”

LACATSKI GETS SUCKED INTO UFO REALM — REMAINS CALM

Dr. Lacatski, now retired, would probably have remained an unknown figure outside the rarified inner circles of elite scientists; however, circumstances or perhaps fate tapped Lacatski in 2007 to head up a super-secret, nose-bleed-high-security-clearance program known as AAWSAP.

AAWSAP stands for Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program. This is a typically government-bureaucratic jargonized name for a program that might more accurately be called:

“Let’s study UFOs, find out if they are real and of extraterrestrial or non-human origin, and if so, what can the U.S. military-industrial complex learn from them and exploit them to make advanced weaponry for the Pentagon.”

Funding for AAWSAP was leveraged mostly by the late U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada. The program was allocated $22 million from 2007 through 2012. After the program ended, Dr. Lacatski and his №2 man, Dr. Colm Kelleher, made strenuous attempts to get AAWSAP re-funding, but that never happened.

AAWSAP might have remained a secret except that some hard-nosed reporters at the New York Times (NYT) sniffed out the program. They published a sensational story about it in December of 2017 — albeit the NYT story erroneously referred to AAWSAP as AATIP — but that’s a whole other glitch I won’t get into now.

Whatever the case, it was probably the NYT reveal that paved the way for Dr. Lacatski to publish his 2023 book, Skinwalkers at the Pentagon: An Insider’s Account of the Secret Government UFO Program. He co-authored the book with the famous Las Vegas TV newsman & ufologist, George Knapp, and a fellow AAWSAP scientist, Dr. Colm Kelleher.

Dr. Lacatski has since published two follow-up books. The latter are more akin to big information dumps rather than well-edited works of nonfiction by a professional author. It’s essentially scads of reprinted information drawn from more than 100 lengthy reports written by the 50+ scientists and researchers who worked for AAWSAP.

The latest edition was released late last September. It’s titled Inside the U.S. Government Covert UFO Program: New Insights.

I’ve been poring over the 400+ pages of this deluge of data, and this will serve as a jumping-off point for some of the intriguing takeaways I’ve gleaned so far, starting with:

CRASHED UFOs

Chapter 5 of Lacatski’s latest book is titled “UAP Control Overview.”

In this chapter, Lacatski reviews what his team has learned about the “control characteristics” of UFOs based on information gleaned from thousands of witnesses beginning in World War II. That was when American, Russian, German, British and other war pilots began reporting strange glowing orbs flying alongside their aircraft.

Now consider this paragraph from Chapter 5 of Lacatski’s third book:

“Control appears to be well-integrated with the armament lift and propulsion systems. No control surfaces (aileron, flap, rudder) have ever been reported. Except when a crashed vehicle has been recovered, the control system’s characteristics are, at best, evaluated on firsthand observations supported by radar, movie or video evidence.”

Notice the bland, sort of matter-of-fact way that Lacatski tosses out the phrase: “Except when a crashed vehicle has been recovered…”

I mean, when you think about it, the implications of that small statement are enormous. However, Lacatski dishes it out like it’s just another mundane, routine detail — our government possesses and is studying a crashed UFO!

It’s not the first time that Lacatski has referenced a crashed UFO in government possession. In his second book, Inside the U.S. Government Covert UFO Program: Initial Revelations, I find the following paragraph:

“At the conclusion of a 2011 meeting in the Capitol building with a U.S. Senator and an agency undersecretary, Lacatski … stated that the United States was in possession of a craft of unknown origin and had successfully gained access to its interior. The craft had a streamlined configuration suitable for aerodynamic flight but no intakes, exhaust, wings or control surfaces. In fact, it appeared not to have an engine, fuel tanks or fuel. Lacatski asked: What was the purpose of this craft? Was it a life support craft useful for only atmospheric reentry or what? If it was a spacecraft, then how did it operate?”

In addition to these “no-big-deal” sort of references to crashed UFOs, Lacatski has let slip similar references of profound implication. Consider this phrase from the above paragraph: “… and had successfully gained access to its interior.”

GAK! Say what? Our scientists have “gained access” to the “interior of a UFO?” So, there goes Lacatski again with his maddeningly bland “tell is UFOs are real without telling us UFOs are real” manner of delivery.

Like me, high-profile UFO investigator & filmmaker Jeremy Corbell found it extraordinary that Dr. Lacatski so casually mentions entering the interior of a crashed or somehow retrieved alien craft. In a recent interview on the Weaponized podcast hosted by Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp, Corbell pressed Dr. Lacatski on this point. Here is the exchange:

Corbell: “If you are officially allowed to tell us that the United States government has in its possession a craft of unknown origin and you are able to access the inside. Is that correct?

Lacatski: “The wording that you read is correct. But, ah, you’re going beyond the wording.”

Corbell: “No, I’m not! I’m asking you, did that meeting happen? And it’s true?”

Lacatski: “Yes.”

Corbell: “Okay. You’re telling us … you told us because you were allowed to tell us that our government has a UFO in its possession and has been able to access the inside of it, right?”

Lacatski: “Yes.”

Then Corbell’s colleague, Goerge Knapp jumps in with the next question:

Knapp: “So we accessed it (the UFO), it has no engine, it has no wings, no fuel, it doesn’t … we don’t know if it travels. Do we know it’s a craft or is it just a rock?”

Lacatski: “George, you’re going into the further discussion that occurred that day. We can’t go there. But let me tell you, we’re going to try to cover that in the future, but it’s delicate.”

Now get this:

Lacatski added in his conversation with Corbell that what he wants to reveal in the future — beyond what he said in his books — will make what he wrote in his books “Look primitive.”

There he goes again! Lacatski casually states he is sitting on even greater bombshell UFO information, but in his exasperating “tell me that UFOs are real without telling me UFOs are real” demeanor.

REVERSE ENGINEERING TRIANGULAR ALIEN SPACECRAFT

Inyet another interview with Jeremy Corbell on another day, Dr. Lacatski, in typical low-key fashion, dribbles out yet another nugget. This time, he appears to confirm that one of the most sighted types of UFOs, the giant black triangles, are without a doubt non-human craft.

Note that black triangle UFOs are the second most frequently reported types of anomalous craft reported, according to the National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC). Only “lights” outnumber black triangles.

Triangle UFOs far outnumber sightings of “flying disks.” NUFORC director Peter Davenport conducted a survey of 87,000 sightings reported since 1994 and found that 11,000+ of them were triangular UFOs as compared to just 6,460 that were shaped like flying saucers.

Anyway, in a recent interview, Jeremy Corbell asked Dr. Lacatski this:

“We hear about all these people on military bases seeing triangles, and you’re doing this study with AAWSAP to try to figure out the physics of how to do that. Do you think it (reverse engineering a black triangle) has already been achieved by the U.S. government or hasn’t?”

Dr. Lacatski answered:

“It hasn’t been achieved to its full extent.”

Notice that Dr. Lacatski does not deny that we have recovered UFO black triangles in our possession. His statement clearly indicates that such non-human crafts do exist, that we do have them in government possession, and that our scientists & engineers are working on reverse engineering them. Lacatski’s statement “… hasn’t been achieved to its full extent” unambiguously reveals that we have them and we’re working assiduously to make a copy for our own use.

So, the bottom line is that Dr. Lacatski here has confirmed that UFO triangles do exist, they are made by aliens (or whoever or whatever). That, in turn, clearly means that we are not alone.

WHO DO THE MEN IN BLACK (MIBs) WORK FOR?

After reading all three of Dr. Lacatski’s books, perhaps the most intriguing “tell me without telling me” UFO reveal is a snippet of truly bizarre information about the famous Men in Black — or MIBs — as they are well-known in UFO lore.

In his first book, Dr. Lacatski tells the story of a man in Georgia who has a spectacular encounter and physical interaction with a 300-foot triangular UFO. The huge object was accompanied by four smaller UFOs, two egg-shaped and two round.

After turning a spotlight on the triangular UFO, the object seems to “retaliate” by zapping the man with a beam of light. This subsequently causes severe health problems for the witness. I’ll leave the details of the full encounter there for now, but if you want to read the full story of this case, see my story here on Medium: SKINWALKER REVEALS.

Anyway, a few days after this harrowing encounter, the man was visited by two classic, scary and bizarre Men In Black.

The MIB visitation plays out in the typical way. The exceedingly weird, slightly off-human-appearing men — wearing black suits, clack ties, black shoes and white shirts — pepper the man with dozens of questions about his UFO sighting and interaction with the object.

The MIBs project a hostile demeanor. They issue a lot of not-so-veiled threats. They are rude and intimidating. They regard the UFO witness with an obvious mien of scorn and contempt. The MIBs then wrap up their interrogation by commanding the witness never to speak to anyone about his UFO encounter.

Now here’s the kicker:

Afew days after his unpleasant interview with the MIBS, the UFO witness is in his car and stops at a gas station. Not too far away, he notices the same black vehicle the Men In Black used on their first visit to intimidate him. It seems they are following him. This time, however, the UFO witness has the presence of mind to get the license plate number of the MIB vehicle.

The plate number is handed off to Lacatski and the AAWSAP team. They run a trace on the plates and — guess what? It turns out the Men In Black vehicle is registered to the carpool of the Department of Homeland Security!

What the hell does this mean? I don’t know about you, but I find a direct connection between the Men In Black and the Department of Homeland Security bizarre in the extreme and almost nonsensical.

I mean, consider that MIBs have been a feature of UFO lore since the beginning of the modern UFO Age. Men In Black were first reported by Harold Dahl after his spectacular sightings of a series of “doughnut-shaped” UFOs near Maury Island in Washington state. The Maury Island incident occurred three days before Kenneth Arnold sighted a fleet of UFOs, also over the state of Washington, in July of 1947.

The point is, the Men In Black motif has been a steady and persistent feature within the UFO realm since the 1940s — while the Department of Homeland Security was not established until 2001!

Well, if Dr. Lacatski and his AAWSAP team found the connection between MIBs and DoHS intriguing, they don’t say so. In typical ho-hum, “tell me a bizarre UFO factoid without telling me a bizarre UFO factoid” fashion, Lacatski’s book simply reports the incident and moves on with zero further comment.

A MIRROR OF GOVERNMENT UFO DISCLOSURE POLICY?

Lacatski’s penchant for letting out juicy and tantalizing snippets of bombshell UFO revelations — purposefully or not purposefully — in some respects matches the overall methodology our government has long deployed vis-à-vis the issue of Disclosure.

The renowned Canadian ufologist Grant Cameron describes this government strategy in his 2017 book, Managing Magic: The U.S. Government’s UFO Disclosure Plan.

Cameron argues that our government not only desires to reveal the truth about UFOs to the public, but they have been steadily and consistently working on a long-range Disclosure effort for decades. He calls it “The Acclimatization Plan.”

Cameron said this is the way “acclimatization” works:

1. The government allows top officials and insiders to leak bombshell information.

2. The government then soon starts to “walk back” some of what it has allowed to “leak.”

3. If things get too hot or if the media & others press too hard for more information, the government falls back on rock-solid official denial.

Once the dust settles — guess what? Sooner or later, another top government insider “leaks” more bombshell UFO information — and the cycle starts all over again.

IS THAT WHAT LACATSKI IS DOING?

IsDr. James Lacatski merely playing by the government’s unofficial Acclimatization Plan rulebook when he dribbles out provocative “reveals” about crashed UFOs, gaining access to UFO interiors and casually noting that the Men In Black have a connection with the Department of Homeland Security?

I don’t think that’s the case. I believe that the brilliant Dr. Lacatski knows exactly where all the bright lines are drawn in terms of what he can say and cannot say regarding his work in secret government UFO programs.

For whatever reason, a casual mention of a crashed or recovered UFO is not going to draw the admonishments of his superiors — as long as he clams up when asked to elaborate further, even in the smallest way. That’s exactly what Lacatski consistently does — to the deep frustration of the people who interview him.

And remember this:

All of Lacatski’s books are required to undergo an extremely rigorous, line-by-line review process conducted by the Pentagon’s publication review process. They can’t be published unless this review happens first.

In other words, that means Dr. Lacatski can publish with confidence, knowing he did not violate any of his NDA security agreements because it is a priori incumbent upon the Pentagon’s review process to catch-out anything that is classified.

However, from this latter circumstance, we can might be able to conclude that Grant Cameron was correct in his “Managing Magic” conclusion — that our government has a subtle, carefully choreographed and minutely managed Disclosure strategy that has been playing out for decades.

Indeed, our government’s Acclimatization Plan might best be described as:

“Tell me UFOs are real without telling me UFOs are real.”
